Job Title: Client Service Center Representative I

Salary Range: $55K to $60K

Job Description

We are seeking Client Service Center Representatives to join a newly established team supporting clients with banking inquiries, digital services, and account support. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused professionals with banking deposit operations experience who enjoy problem-solving and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls
• Resolve inquiries, service requests, and issues efficiently
• Assist clients with online and digital banking tools
• Provide accurate information on banking products and services
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to improve client experience

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking deposit operations or client support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Experience with core banking systems (e.g., DNA, Q2) is a plus
