What You’ll Do (Caregiver Responsibilities)
As a Caregiver, you'll work 1‑on‑1 with clients in their homes, supporting them with:
- Light housekeeping: organizing, laundry, basic cleaning
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals
- Mobility support: safe transfers, fall‑prevention assistance
- Companionship and daily living support
- Transportation and errands (if applicable)

Sign-on Bonus Details
*$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible 1099 Caregivers in Florida. This bonus is available to caregivers who start with a client on or after February 1, 2026. The sign-on bonus is paid in one installment of $500 after the caregiver has completed 500 worked hours. The caregiver must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout. The required 500 worked hours must be completed by the one-year anniversary of the caregiver’s start date to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. New caregivers, as well as previous caregivers who have been inactive for 60 days or more, are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from another Help at Home location, entity, or organization within the Help at Home portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. 1099 Caregivers must track hours and submit bonus requests to payroll upon meeting all requirements.

Position Overview
The Hospital Veterinarian Medical Leader - Veterinarian Services is responsible for leading the veterinary medical team and ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for clients. Essential Job Functions
- Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor the hospital’s veterinary team.
- Partner with the Hospital Office Manager to provide cohesive and collaborative leadership.
- Coach and develop veterinarians to continuously improve clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.
- Ensure full compliance with medical SOPs, state practice acts, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in candidate interviews, hiring, and onboarding of veterinarians.
- Develop veterinarian schedules and ensure coverage and continuity of care.
- Review hospital performance, including medical quality and financial outcomes, and partner with leadership to achieve business goals.
- Analyze hospital P&L reports to drive revenue growth through efficiency and quality.
- Conduct reviews of medical records and provide feedback to elevate standards of care.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain DEA compliance and oversee controlled substances.
- Foster a strong culture of safety for clients, team members, and patients.
Clinical Care
- Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat diseases, and provide preventive care tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and needs.
- Develop complete problem-based medical plans including diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Perform routine and complex surgeries, including spays/neuters, mass removals, exploratory procedures, and more.
- Conduct dental examinations, radiographic evaluations, and perform simple and complex extractions.
- Manage hospitalized patients, create thorough treatment plans, and ensure seamless transitions for overnight or referral care.
Other Duties
- Participate in rounds at shift changes.

Supervision & Collaboration

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited institution.
- Active state veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- 1–3+ years of clinical experience required; previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Current DEA license and Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain).
- USDA Category I Accreditation (or completion within 2 months of hire).
- Proficiency in anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry (canine and feline).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Work Environment
This role operates within a full-service veterinary hospital. Duties require frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Regular interaction with clients, team members, and pets is essential to success in this role.

About the Role

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receives the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to clients safety programs, training, and policies as well as collaborate with the project team to manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members, contractors, and others as required.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to build client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items.
- Assist in the development of internal and external project risk reviews with the Project Management team and consult with the Legal Department as required.

- Verify the project, client contractor, and/or subcontractor's insurance, licensures, taxes/duties, and securities are in effect according to the project requirements.
- Support and conduct project safety, quality, progress and financial audits and assessments as required.
- Facilitate the materials receiving and management process including inventory control, receiving of goods, storage, and transportation.
- Collaborate with superintendents and site managers to verify compliance of subcontractors' and client contractors' contract documents, safety & health requirements, quality, and schedule.
- Facilitate the project turnover documentation, recordkeeping/retention, warranty and project close out processes.
- Assist with maintaining compliance on all project related activities by consistently applying company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development of project labor agreements with building trades as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience required.
- OSHA 10-hour certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
