POSITION PURPOSE
As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. The position leverage deep knowledge in packaging including but not limited to design, test methods, standards, and industry insights to create and deliver a pipeline of breakthrough innovations and overall organizational improvement.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and lead with accountability projects from concept to commercialization. A proactive approach in identifying opportunity areas and a strong drive for results and overall organizational improvement is essential.
This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Principal Engineer must take responsibility for technical mentorship and coaching, fostering technical growth and knowledge of junior engineers while strengthening the team’s technical capabilities. As a recognized expert, you will guide internal and external teams on the application of packaging standards (e.g., CCIT, ISO 11607, USP , USP , etc.), and represent the company in regulatory interactions, technical forums, and industry partnerships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Technical Leadership, Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership on technical strategies and problem solving while driving projects from concept to commercialization.
- Own the technical roadmap for packaging innovation and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and impact of technical data used to inform decisions.
- Design and direct meaningful and robust research projects or experiments both internally and externally through relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.

Ramapo Ridge is a 58-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital consists of two divisions: a general adult psychiatric program and a geriatric psychiatric program, which specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses. The Social Worker provides services to psychiatric patients and their families including individual, group and family supportive and educational counseling, care coordination and post-acute care planning. The individual is competent to care for patients ages 18 and over including older adults and those with dementia. - Evaluates patient's needs and establishes effective and efficient treatment plans for the patient assigned.
- Manages and coordinates the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated.
- Participates in the screening of all patients according to directed schedules and practices.

- Participates in all center directed processes and services.

- Assists DOR in annual review of other staff as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
Schedule: Per Diem, Day shifts as needed.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
- CPR certification preferred.

The Complete Tile Collection – Clifton NJ Creative Studio | ’re seeking a high-caliber Visual Content Creator to lead the creative studio of Complete Tile Collection, a cornerstone of the architecture and interior design industry for over 23 years. As a trusted partner to many of the country’s top interior designers and architects, we offer an exclusive collection of natural stone, mosaics, and fine ceramic tile—backed by decades of design leadership, product innovation, and concierge-level service.
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead in our dedicated Creative Studio and create visual content through photography, video, still life, products shots, photo retouching, and video editing.
Role Overview:
- Photograph fine tile & mosaic products for web, catalog, social, and advertising use.
- Style and shoot both flat lays and installed tile environments.
- Capture and edit short and long-form videos for web and social media (e.g. process videos, behind-the-scenes, product reveals, technical advice). See video example at
- Retouch, edit, size and color correct images to align with brand aesthetic. Combine studio images with location images in Photoshop and integrate Nano Banana Ai in workflow.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and produce continuing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage digital asset organization, file naming, and media delivery standards.
- Assist with layout for print collateral and social media graphics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial product photography (experience in interiors or architectural products a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Eye for composition, texture, and color — especially in natural materials
- Familiarity with brand storytelling across digital channels (Instagram, Pinterest, email, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shoots and timelines
- Bonus: Experience with print layout tools (e.g. InDesign or Canva) and social content strategy
