Coordinates organization of prescription medications involving ordering refills for secure andnon-secure detainees, discarding medications that are discontinued and preparing medications forNSD.

Adheres to The Floating Hospital ???Clinical Guidelines??? Notebooks for adolescent care.

Meets with designated supervising physician on a regular and predetermined basis, in order toreceive recommendations and collaborate towards delivering quality health care to patients, basedon accepted standards of-care.

Participates in Peer Review process, as defined by The Floating Hospital.

Encourages health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance.

Provides healtheducation on topics including but not limited to preventive medicine and counseling on chronicdiseases, as well as parenting, prenatal, nutrition, family- planning, medication usage, and stressmanagement.
