Position Overview
Nebraska Orthopaedic Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Manager for our new outpatient therapy clinic. This role blends direct patient care with clinic leadership and operational responsibility.
The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, support and develop staff, partner closely with our orthopedic physicians, and help establish a strong, patient-centered culture as the clinic launches and grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient evaluations to identify impairments, functional limitations, and establish treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation: joint replacement post‐op, sports injuries, trauma/fractures, pediatric orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal disorders.
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, functional training and patient education to restore mobility, strength, function and reduce pain (based on best‐practice orthopedic physical therapy standards).
- Collaborate with the physician and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and communication of progress, referrals, and needed adjustments.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress, discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and ongoing wellness strategies.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, productivity, and patient flow to ensure efficiency and an exceptional patient experience.
- Lead, mentor, and support therapists, assistants, and support staff, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Partner closely with physicians and leadership to ensure continuity of care and effective communication regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including patient outcomes, satisfaction, productivity, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinic start-up and growth initiatives, including workflow development, quality initiatives, and service expansion.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Promote continuing education, professional development, and adherence to best-practice orthopedic therapy standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of three years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans' Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

The Retail Sales Executive will lead the expansion of Certified Piedmontese® beef across large regional retail accounts, playing a critical role in growing brand presence and driving revenue in key retail markets. This individual will serve as a strategic sales partner to retail customers, responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term accounts.
This role will proactively research the retail landscape and identify high-potential new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship development with retail decision-makers and senior executives. A major focus of this position will be the introduction and growth of Certified Piedmontese grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef within national and regional retail chains. This includes identifying key stakeholders, educating retail partners on the unique attributes and value proposition of Certified Piedmontese beef, coordinating product samples, and conducting in-store or buyer product demonstrations.
Beyond ground beef, the Retail Sales Executive will collaborate with each account to identify additional cuts, formats, and value-added products that align with customer needs, merchandising strategies, and consumer demand. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and retail partners on distribution strategy, product placement, promotional planning, marketing initiatives, and brand execution to maximize sales performance and shelf impact.
This role is ideally based out of our corporate office in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are open to remote candidates who can commit to regular travel to the Lincoln office. This role requires 25 – 35% travel to visit current and prospective retail customers, attend trade shows, and represent the brand at industry events. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience selling beef or other protein products to regional and national retail chains, along with strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. JOB SUMMARY
This position will assist with the implementation of prevention-focused health, safety and environmental (HSE) and security program. The position will assist and promote OpCo- specific project implementation and training to support Sysco's overall HSE objectives, including security and crisis preparedness objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete new hire orientation training programs as assigned by the Safety Director.
- Maintain records for safety programs (ie training logs, reports, inspections).
- Implement and train new or existing training programs, provided by Safety Director, to employees and supervision as needed.
- Inspect facilities to detect existing or potentially unsafe conditions
- Participates in investigations, when needed, on vehicle accidents and injuries.
- Assist with the identification of root causes and helps supervision develop corrective actions when needed.
- Engages associates to properly follow work methods in their daily job functions.
- Completes observations and coaching of high-risk associates as needed
- Monitors inspection of equipment to detect existing or potential failures and recommends corrective/preventative measures where indicated.
- Support site management in the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans.

Education
