- Provide patient-centered, acute care for adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients (diabetes, CHF, COPD, infection/sepsis, post-surgical care: ortho, colorectal, vascular, bariatric)/n
- Continuous cardiac monitoring and accurate rhythm interpretation; escalate to rapid response / code teams when indicated/n
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and manage heparin protocols and PCA pumps/n
- Care for complex devices and therapies: central lines, PICCs, ports, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, surgical drains, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, wound VACs/n
- Perform complex wound care and post-op assessments; manage assigned patient ratios (typical 1:5)/n
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and support safe patient transitions and discharges/n
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the electronic health record/n
