Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Possess a current valid drivers license
• Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. This position provides operational support for General Managers for up to 30 – 40 cafes. Support includes but not limited to new cafes, execution of all training programs, covering GM vacations, GM transitions, and covering a cafe without a GM.

General Summary: Supports the General manager by providing direction and support to hourly employees within franchised or corporate establishments by either performing or supervising the following duties throughout a standard 50 to 55 hour workweek.
