Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience

Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting end users in a business environment.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to GMP, GDP, or biopharma/manufacturing environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).

We are seeking to hire a talented Seasonal Service Professional who will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high quality and environmentally responsible products.

Responsibilities
- Perform efficient routes individually.
- Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
- Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues by using integrated pest management strategies
- Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items.
- Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, eliminate/identify conducive conditions and proper treatments.
- Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services.
- Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Salary Description $18 - $20 per hourWe are growing and seeking candidates for our Management program! Qualities we look for in a successful candidate include leadership, time management skills, high standards of professionalism, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and regular and dependable attendance. Managers must successfully complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program involving certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification.
