The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall merchandise presentation in multiple markets. You will travel frequently throughout assigned markets and conduct store visits to guarantee an exemplary presentation of all brands and ensure store teams are well-trained in maintaining DTLR Visual Merchandising standards. • Communicate with Store Managers and District Managers regarding each store visual merchandising successes and opportunities.
• Must provide daily and concise follow-through on all areas of merchandising via email.

- Prepare samples for indicator organisms, pathogens, and chemistries
- Apply aseptic techniques in daily workload
- Maintain media and reagents as needed for daily microbiological testing
- Inventory and report expendable supplies/materials needed for testing requirements
- Provide routine preventive maintenance by daily cleaning, sanitizing, and trash disposal
- Perform quality control monitoring by taking incubator temperatures, inoculating control organisms, running media controls, etc.
- Independently pursue an assigned series of processes, procedures, or techniques in accordance with FSNS policies/procedures and customer requirements
- Maintain laboratory condition, to include equipment, supplies, quality assurance programs, and accurate records throughout all procedures

- Works under general direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience with assembly and structures manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation
- Completed a blueprint reading class
- Experience with aircraft unique tools such as support equipment/test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators
- Experience reading and interpreting technical data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with coaching one or more individuals at a time and providing feedback
- Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Has the ability to adjust course in a dynamic shop floor manufacturing environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
General physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on location of assignment.
Assignment Location – Berkeley, MO.
- Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
- Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.
