Our client is seeking two motivated Associate Attorneys to join their plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Garden City, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced litigators handling serious injury cases while gaining exposure to complex litigation and significant settlements.
The firm currently has 20+ attorneys and is known for its strong plaintiff advocacy and results-driven approach to personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
- Communicate directly with clients and represent them in depositions, hearings, and litigation proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and conduct legal research to support case strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- License: Active license to practice law in New York.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in the courtroom and wants to handle significant personal injury cases while working remotely.
Position Overview:
The Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters and take cases through all phases of litigation, including trial. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling depositions, arguing motions, and presenting cases in front of juries.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value cases while collaborating with an experienced litigation team and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trial
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Develop case strategy and trial preparation plans
- Prepare witnesses and clients for testimony
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
- Maintain strong client communication and case updates
Qualifications:
- Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred (first or second chair)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $300,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Onsite Schedule: Hybrid
Target Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 (DOE) with OT and Bonus as additional compensation
Job Description:
- Coordinates and tracks numerous legal matters of all types.
- Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads documents including agreements, contracts, plans, etc.
- Prepares and finalizes legal documents for e-Filing and filing via PACER.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of attorneys with third parties, including client representatives, other companies, and other institutions.
- Creates, executes, and monitors systems to manage client workflow, tasks, and documentation.
- Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads various documents, appropriately maintaining such documents within the firm’s file management system.
- Organizes and coordinates conference calls and client meetings.
- Prepares new client matter requests and coordinates approval, conflict search processes, and new matter letters.
- Reviews and edits bills and related reports according to client billing arrangements and facilitates prompt responses to client billing inquiries.
- Maintains a multitude of open client matters in Serengeti.
- Maintains electronic and paper files following Firm and client service team guidelines.
- Maintains and monitors attorney calendars.
- Coordinates and/or books travel arrangements.
- Prepares, tracks and maintains attorney expenses in Chrome River.
