The Opportunity:

The Institutional Client Onboarding Analyst works directly with our Sales Relationship Managers, Service Relationship Managers, international institutional clients and consultants, international custodians, and various internal groups to on-board and maintain accounts for international institutional investors. The Day-to-Day:

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.

Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

As a Van Northeast Regional Fleet driver, you'll haul largely no-touch freight in the Northeast.

**What is the Gold Zone?**

The **Gold Zone** is an area where you'll earn additional cents per mile on top of the Dynamic Pay Plan mileage rates.

When you drive through the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and portions of other states such as New York (the southeast section including the cities of Utica and Albany), Pennsylvania (east of I-81), Vermont (South of Highway 9), New Hampshire (south of Manchester), and Maryland (the northern portion, including Baltimore), you'll earn another 4 cents per mile.

About 50% of your miles will be in the **Gold Zone** .
