Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch. They devote their time getting to know their customers and building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice.

What you'll do

Using your strong communication and problem-solving skills — along with your broad range of financial knowledge — you'll provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.

You'll get to know customers' personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them — like planning for the future, buying a home or opening a new credit card. You'll introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like on our app or through our ATMs. You'll collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs. You'll make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments, as you understand what might be a good fit for a customer now, may not be 6 months from now. All financial policies and procedures will be followed, including proper cash handling, state and local laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings

• The salary range for this position is $27.16 - $29.52 per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

What you'll be doing:

As a Cover Delivery Driver, you will drive a variety of route assignments to cover for vacations and absences at least 50% of the time. You will provide outstanding customer service by helping to resolve problems and by accepting product returns as required.

In this role, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers. At times, depending on volume, you will load vehicles. You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule.

• Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400 lbs with the assistance of hand carts/material handling equipment, and occasionally maneuver up to 130 lbs.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving experience.
• High volume / small package delivery experience.

Our Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. We have Specialty Programs that include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program. He/she administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
