Job Summary
Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of resident care. Facilitates the optimization of the geriatric care process to improve the quality and efficiency of service. Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel. Advises medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing service and strategies. This role has a larger size, scope, or complexity. Interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Job Summary
