Job Summary

Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images. Operates equipment to produce diagnostic images according to patient cases and relevant guidelines; ensures the quality of images is satisfactory for clinical purposes. Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures; conducts image operations according to provider requests and other technical factors. Implements radiation safety guidelines and conducts proper radiation protection practices during the imaging process.

Delivers excellent patient care and education before, during, and after diagnostic imaging procedures. Ability to understand and navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Sanford Rural Health Network Facility sites may expand job responsibilities based on the needs of the facility, to include, but not limited to: on-call rotation nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Summary

Responsible for administration of nuclear imaging procedures, calculation, diagnostic, therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, and adjunctive medications using a variety of equipment and strictly adhering to relevant safety standards. Performs quality nuclear medicine imaging examinations through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care in accordance with department policy and procedure. Carry out hot lab duties and perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies on inpatients and outpatients in all age groups from neonate to geriatric. Dependent on needs of facility and department may also be responsible and cross-trained in performing positron emission tomography computed tomography (PETCT) scans with thorough understanding of all processes related to PETCT. Has ability to perform nuclear medicine procedures after appropriate orientation to the department. Able to work with growth and development needs of unique client populations. Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Join a great team providing outpatient anticoagulation services to the Bemidji region. This is a Monday through Friday position with no holidays or weekends. The pharmacist will primarily be responsible for staffing the anticoagulation clinic and will work closely with a team of five nurses and an ambulatory care pharmacist. Job Summary

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services for the outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic (AC). Works collaboratively with pharmacy staff, nursing staff, medical staff, and other pertinent healthcare providers to assess medication use systems, identify opportunities to improve anticoagulation use safety, and institute practice changes, as necessary. Consistently demonstrates leadership and assumes ownership for the implementation of an efficient and effective outpatient AC. Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Job Summary
The Medical-Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. What You'll Do

• Make fair, accurate, timely and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims up to allowable signature limit. May work on cases exceeding this limit with prior approval and second signatures.

• Examines claim information obtained, including, but not limited to, beneficiary data, policy values, and policy status; and analyzes information received during the claim review process, including but not limited to, death certificates, claim forms, assignment forms, divorce decree, estate, and trust documentation.

• With empathy, deliver personalized experience for beneficiaries and field members by assisting with educating on settlement options available, which varies by policy type.

• Communicate verbally and construct letters and emails to beneficiaries, field members, and third parties in response to inquiries and/or regarding outstanding requirements, claim status updates, and claims decisions as part of the overall claim handling process.

• Manage phone and transactional responsibilities while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards.

• Research and evaluate solutions to situations that arise and resolve concerns on an “as-needed” basis which oftentimes includes deviating from procedures.

• Maintain organization, accuracy, and timeliness in individual case management system; capture and document claim related information accurately and/or refer tasks as appropriate.

• Maintain production and claims quality standards.
