Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides comprehensive care under medical direction or clinical protocols for patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, or other organ system dysfunctions. The role involves working across various departments, including Inpatient and Emergency Room (ER), Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Diagnostics, and Neurodiagnostics (EEG and NCV).
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CT scanners and perform imaging procedures to create detailed cross-sectional images of the patient's body. Exams include body, neuro, MSK, cardiac and pediatric
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedure, answering questions, and ensuring they understand the process. This may include obtaining medical histories and checking for allergies, particularly to contrast materials. Administering intravenous contrast materials when required, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions, and ensuring the safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on CT equipment to ensure proper functioning. This includes troubleshooting and reporting any technical issues to the appropriate personnel.

Position Overview
The Senior Legal Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to one of the firm's primary partners within the Real Estate Transactions practice. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in legal administrative work, particularly within real estate or transactional law.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Partner Support
- Provide direct administrative support to a senior partner, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling, document preparation, and daily workflow.
- Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, closings, and internal/external appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and related partner support tasks.
Document Management
