Assisting school staff with daily use of hearing assistive technology (e.g., hearing aids, cochlear implants, BAHA, Roger/FM systems)
Providing technical support in evaluation, instruction, and curriculum, focusing on problem-solving, reasoning, and self-advocacy
Creating lesson plans and instructional materials for individualized or small group instruction, as needed
Evaluating student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely reports
Collecting and use data to inform program development.
Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education
Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf or Hard of Hearing, or equivalent credential, depending on current state/program specific requirements.
Experience working with students with hearing loss or deafness

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
- You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.
- Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular, possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
- Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500,1000 and 2000Hz ranges.
- Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
- Complete 13 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center(FLETC) in Glynco, GA and 18 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is seeking a well-qualified Obstetrician/Laborist to join our growing practice and delivery program in Wilmington, Delaware. The Advanced Delivery Program delivers obstetrical patients who carry fetuses with prenatally diagnosed congenital anomalies.
We cover 24/7 operations. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our program individualized and meaningful, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and evidence-based care.

Established hospital-based delivery program growing to serve the community and region.
Full time laborist will primarily work in-house shifts and provide some back-up coverage from home until volumes ramp up.
Fractional FTE arrangements available.
OB triage of program participants in the unit and ED Obstetrical consults; Non-emergent ED typically transferred to adult hospital after consultation with the laborist.
No Pediatric GYN responsibilities.
OB/GYN residents assist scheduled cases.
Participate in simulations and drills.
