Well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a general liability attorney to join their Cherry Hill, NJ team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 30+ years of general liability or insurance defense experience.

In this position, the attorney will manage their own case files. Trial experience is welcome but not required.

This position is hybrid remote, 2 days remote, 3 days in office per week. This is a partnership track position.

Competitive base salary 95k to 175k+, bonus and benefits.

Our client, a well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate to join their Philadelphia area team.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of general liability defense experience (auto, premises liability, etc.). This is a partnership track position.

During training, this position is hybrid remote (2 days on site per week). After training, there is potential for the position to be primarily or fully remote.

Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ. PA admission is preferred but not required.

Competitive base salary 120k to 150k, bonus, matching 401k and benefits.

JOB TITLE: Project Specialist – Health Care Professional Engagements - R&D Investigator Meetings

Location: Lawrence Township, NJ (50% onsite)

Duration: 12 months (potential extension/potential right to hire)

This position is responsible for providing the day-to-day operational support of documentation, data entry and project coordination of Health Care Professional (HCP) Investigator Meetings

The project specialist is to ensure that the planning and execution of Investigator Meetings, in partnership with R&D, Clinical Operations, and external vendors. They will help to support meeting logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery and will ensure compliance and regulatory internal standards. They will be responsible for keeping projects on task and meeting deadlines; keeping all team members updated utilizing system software to ensure all projects are on track.

List of Minimum Position Requirements/Competencies

• BA/BS Degree Required; 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with understanding of KOL/Thought Leader Engagements; Project Management and/or Advertising Agency experience preferred; Travel may be required up to 25%

About the Role 

• Assists walk-in and telephone customers with completing new and renewal applications, HMO selection forms and answers questions about the program.
• Conducts presentations to educate consumers about NJFC and the benefits of managed care within an office and call center setting, at Community Based Organizations, community events and home visits with some evening and some weekend events.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures. 
• Enters eligibility information into a web-based computer system and references other NJ-specific databases as appropriate. 
• Determine eligibility for NJ FamilyCare according to the NJ FamilyCare regulations/guidelines by reviewing documentation and following procedures; prepare correspondence for missing information as appropriate; make outbound calls to obtain, clarify, or validate information
• Participate in and contribute to the quality improvement process
• Participate in training sessions conducted in Hamilton and at the regional offices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience Requirements: 

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) minimum experience in the healthcare field.
• Knowledge and operational experience in Medicaid and/or CHIP programs are a plus.
• General knowledge of public health, managed care, human services systems, and local and statewide political systems preferred.
• Experience working with people representing diverse backgrounds is preferred.
