As a PCICU Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks: Patient Care: Provide direct care to pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those recovering from heart surgery, congenital heart defects, or severe arrhythmias Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and other critical parameters.
Assess patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately Medication Administration: Administer medications (including IV drips, blood products, and sedatives) according to protocol, monitor for side effects, and adjust dosages as needed Ventilator Management: Assist with ventilator management, including non-invasive and invasive respiratory support, and ensure proper airway management Cardiac Interventions: Assist with procedures like intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), external pacemakers, or ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) as directed by the cardiology team Family Communication: Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients' families, updating them on their child's condition, care plan, and prognosis.

Also, if the client outlives certain plans, they will get back all of the premiums from day one! These plans are protecting families and creating a savings account for the future! There is no cold calling with our system.
All the leads that you will have are from people who are expecting your phone call to hear what their options are.
Simply put, we need a Field Underwriter who will contact the leads and place these families in a policy that best suits their situation and budget.
Part-time positions are also available.
We are also looking for a select few to lead teams and mentor new agents as they come in.
