The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in all stages of workers' compensation claims.
This includes conducting legal research, preparing and presenting cases, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients in court.
The successful candidate will have a passion for justice, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in workers' compensation law.
Responsibilities: Provide legal representation for clients with workers' compensation claims.
Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity and value of clients' claims.
Prepare and present strong, fact-based arguments to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
Attend and represent clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
Draft, review, and interpret legal documents and reports.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with changes in workers' compensation law and relevant legal precedents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client representation.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
Proven experience in insurance, civil litigation, depositions, mediation, and hearings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in our patient growth strategy by providing a profile for online directories and other marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida
- 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the radiologist to perform a wide scope of diagnostic CT procedures that require sound judgment, ingenuity, and radiation protection practices. In this role, you will also be helping to improve the patient experience/quality of care by responding to any of the patient's special, physical, emotional, spiritual and/or age-specific related needs. Glens Falls Hospital works with state-of-the-art technology and collaborates with exceptional physicians and nurses to deliver outstanding patient care. Further position highlights include:
- The full-time role hours between 10:30a-11:00p (rotating days with a weekend rotation) and 6:30p-7:00a (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).
- This role is eligible for a wide variety of shift differentials depending on your work schedule (up to 22% added to base-pay!)

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities
- Perform quality CT exams with using the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure and protocols
- Participate in all aspects of care of the CT patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
- Generate appropriate imaging from CT workstation and presents appropriate filming of CT scans to the radiologist
- Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
- Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
- Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
- Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow
Qualifications
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Minimum of one year of radiologic technologist experience with CT responsibilities preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- CT certified or ARRT registry eligible. Eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire
