  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday clinic 8am - 5pm with lunch hour -- Tuesday, Friday surgery
  • 20+ patient encounters per shift -- 0-2 admissions daily
  • On-call coverage 10 days per month with 20-minute response time
  • Two audiologists available in clinic
  • Bread and butter ENT procedures required
  • Clinic procedures available on-site
  • 0-5 phone consultations on average
  • Rounding required on assigned patients
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
