The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate IT troubleshooting skills , strong customer service abilities, and experience supporting hardware, software, and retail or enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware and software systems including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Support technology rollout and implementation projects across multiple locations.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS systems, printers, scanners, PCs, thin clients, networking equipment, and peripherals .
Provide first-level troubleshooting support to technicians, vendors, or end users.
Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware and related technology equipment .
Document issues and updates using ticketing or tracking systems .
Communicate effectively with internal teams, field technicians, and customers.
Maintain adherence to client processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) .
Assist with inventory management, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.

West Palm Beach Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Center is in search of a Physician's Assistant! The candidate will work side by side the Doctor to give the best ENT care in the area.
The candidate will be compensated for their performance and will be given room for growth as we rapidly expand locally and nationally.
Our practice has a strong belief that it is imperative that the providers ONLY complete tasks that are required for a provider to complete. Our infrastructure will allow for this to be the case and for the candidate to solely focus on giving the most advanced patient care.
Our office is equipped with the most state of the art equipment including a low dose CT scanner linked to a cloud based system, endoscopic towers, and flat panel TVs connected to apple TV allowing full integration of all our technology which makes educating patients much easier and enhances the overall patient experience.
This is a very concierge style way of practicing medicine so we are seeking someone that is very patient and results centric.
Training provided. No previous ENT experience required.
Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM, No. nights, No weekends, No call
