* *12-hour shifts* (days or nights), predictable block scheduling
* *10-12 shifts/month* = full-time
* *$270/hr for day/mid shifts*, *$290/hr for night shifts*
* *Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus*, paid quarterly (based on experience)
