Position Summary:
- The Test Lab Manager will need strong Project Management experience leading a project in Electronic Power Steering.
- This role oversees testing and validation activities within the engineering lab, serving as the primary project manager for validation programs while leading a team of technicians.
- This role works with customers to define requirements, test cases, and fixtures while ensuring systems are validated across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical components.
- Lastly, this role is daily on-site in the test lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing and validation programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and engineering requirements.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the test lab, communicate tasks, and supervise a team of technicians.
- Responsible for the time/cost aspects of the testing lab
- Responsible for resource schedule and laboratory timelines
- Interface with customers on requirements, test cases, and validation strategies.
- Support system-level testing for embedded software, hardware, and mechanical systems in a mechatronics environment.
- Represent Test & Validation to all teams involved with the project
- Track testing progress and documentation using tools such as MS Project, Windchill, and DOORS.
Required Experience
- Bachelorβs degree and background in systems engineering, embedded systems, or mechatronics.
- Project management experience
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Experience working in a test lab or validation environment preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Windchill, DOORS, and MS Project preferred
- Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to motivate a technical team.
Work Environment
- Daily on-site presence in a test lab environment (no remote work).

Position Overview
The successful candidate will support global large generator sets Pricelists and factory support. This role involves collaboration with a global team, requiring strong communication skills both written and spoken. The candidate should have skills in basic engineering tools including Teamcenter, ProE, EDS, VisMockup, and drawing standards. An understanding of electrical systems and the ability to identify various types of issues in the build through the audit process, especially on Pricelist, is essential. Knowledge of compatibility statement understanding, BOM rules for Pricelist, and a good understanding of Creo tools are also required.
Job Responsibilities
Update EHDs including Pricing Arrangements (PACN), print changes, order audits, and order updates.
Address product support inquiries related to model issues, TMI package data, BoM, or configuration issues.
Update Technical Construction File (TCF) for marine & Gas products.
Ensure accurate BoMs for all managed pricelists by maintaining EHDs up to date.
Create new pricing arrangements and update existing ones to ensure pricelists drive accurate material lists on orders.
Collaborate with marketing and product definition teams on pricelist updates and help route PLCNs as necessary.
Technical Skills Required
Experience working with power generation and/or power distribution systems.
Hands-on experience with VISMOCKUP and Creo tools.
Experience in Virtual Validation, Virtual Audits, and reviews, VDRA for Pricelist is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Plant and Manufacturing Process is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer β’ Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
