Job Summary


The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office and lobby market in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and market sales.


Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgment more than 50 percent of the time.


Job Duties & Functions

  • Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk or through Reservations, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Front Desk personnel according to Avion Hospitality S.O.P.'s.
  • Ensure compliance to brand and company training, using the steps to effective training according to Avion Hospitality standards.
  • Prepare and conduct all Front Desk interviews and follow hiring procedures according to Avion Hospitality S.O.P.'s.
  • Conduct all 90 day and annual Front Desk employee performance appraisals according to S.O.P.'s.
  • Develop employee morale and ensure training of Front Desk personnel.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate efficiency, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
  • Attend all required Rooms Merchandizing meetings with all appropriate reports and documentation necessary to establish select sell guidelines and implement appropriate restrictions.
  • Supervise the Night Audit function and monitor the House Charge Worksheet and Flash Report for accuracy.
  • Supervise operations of the lobby market for accuracy and theft prevention.
  • Participate in required M.O.D. program as scheduled.
  • Be responsible for developing a manager as assigned by the Corporate Office, including sign-off on all competencies and assist in his/her placement.
  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Avion Hospitality S.O.P.'s.
  • Assist the General Manager and Engineering Department in implementing and maintaining emergency procedures.
  • Be familiar with all corporate sponsored programs such as airline mileage, Triple Upgrade, or V.I.P. programs, and the standards and procedures for each.
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
  • Conduct meetings according to Avion Hospitality standards as required by management.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary and Qualifications

The MRI Technologist is responsible for the performance of all patient imaging procedures and all patient safety protocols.

1. Reflects CMC’s Mission, Vision and Values by providing the highest quality service excellence to each patient encountered. Utilizes AIDET. As outlined in the 2x2s: Staff introduced and explained the procedure/process. Is responsive to patient concerns/issues. Provides excellent care to achieve OTT goal.

2. Proactively checks patients’ orders to ensure order accuracy. Calls Outpatients the day prior to their study to answer any questions they may have and to explain what the procedure entails.

3. Identifies all patients by asking name and date of birth. Verifies order and diagnosis. Explains procedure to patient and answers any questions the patient may have. Selects correct patient and study to image. Completes Meditech and PACS in a timely manner.

4. Uses MRI safety screening form to assess all patients for possible metallic objects or non-MRI compatible medical devices. Adequately screens all patients, visitors and staff persons entering Zones 3 and 4.

5. Uses MRI screening wand for patients unable to verbalize or check for metal objects

6. Completes shift reports and proactively checks patients orders, calls patients the day prior to their appointment to answer any questions they may have and to explain what the procedure entails. Checks Daily charges to ensure proper charging of exams.

7. Functions as the first line interface with customer accounts in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

8. Follows all regulatory compliance for DHEC, Joint Commission, ACR and any regulatory agency governing radiation/ and MRI safety.

9. Develops and maintains MR protocols and communicates with radiologist for standardization.

10. Wears radio while on shift to ensure maximum communication with other employees.

11. Performs Quality Assurance checks on equipment and procedure areas. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date is Required

Responsibilities: Commit to being fully onsite for the duration of the 12-month training program to fully shadow, learn, and gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of your assigned project(s) Demonstrate understanding of training topics throughout each phase of the first year, participating fully in performance reviews to ensure knowledge retention and development goals on a 4-month cadence Follow all directions, task assignments and coaching offered by your dedicated Futures Program Sponsor (a tenured and experienced superintendent or above) Showcase required professional skills throughout the PE experience, such as the ability to: Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with a strong focus on professional, audience-appropriate writing and verbal skills Organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time Demonstrate integrity consistently with The HITT Way and our core values Seek continuous improvement of knowledge and abilities, internally focusing on self-improvement and taking initiative Adapt and exercise flexibility within the ever-changing world of construction technology, design, means, and methods Collaborate with people of various backgrounds while maintaining relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Exhibit conscientiousness by being punctual, engaged, and respectful of others Master required job-specific and technical skills in order to promote to an assistant superintendent or assistant project manager following the 12-month training program including, but not limited to, the ability to: Set up and maintain jobsite office and all jobsite records, including project directory, construction documents, subcontractor directory, daily reports, submittal logs, RFI logs, subcontractor correspondence, etc.

Make updates to as-built drawings as directed and interpret basic coordination drawings Direct installation of building and site protection, including signage and postings, and identify items required to “make safe” prior to demolition Assist in specific construction tasks as directed Participate in site inspections to ensure HITT’s expectations for quality and workmanship are met Make periodic updates to the project schedule as directed Complete basic material take-offs, place supplier orders, and receive delivery of materials Assist the superintendent in the use of survey and layout instruments Be able to interpret basic tests and reports (air balance, soils report, concrete test) Set up and run a subcontractor foremen’s meeting when directed by the Superintendent Understand cost implications and consequences associated with specific construction tasks at various stages of a project Assist Project Managers with logistical tasks, including budgeting and client management, as needed Assist in the implementation of HITT’s Corporate Safety Program by conducting weekly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and completing all required safety reports when directed Qualifications: High school diploma required Military experience or four-year degree from an accredited university within the Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business concentrations strongly preferred Previous experience on commercial job sites strongly preferred Passion for construction industry and on-site work Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards software suite Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50lbs HITT Contracting is an equal opportunity employer.

  • Review and QC final artwork, formatting, and proofs with attention to quality and client expectations.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication across authors and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Proactively track timelines and milestones to ensure all publishing projects stay on course.

  • Collaborate with management to roll out new services and pilot improvements to the publishing experience.
