Annual Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $47,944.00 - $89,388.00/per year
**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $922.36 - $1,719.60/per week ($47,944.00 - $89,388.00/per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.51 - $.79 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients under their care. Help patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
- Observe and document patients‘ progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct patients and family members on proper techniques for exercises and equipment use.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards.
- Participate in regular training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Associate‘s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- State licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, principles, and practices.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients with physical activities.

* Baking up effective sales-building and creative local store marketing plans
* Upholding our commitment to proper operational, health, and reconciliation procedures

What you bring to the table:

* Technically wholesome: Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS.
* Getting down to business: You have the know-how to analyze store financials, P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor and other financial information to positively impact store operations
* You know how to meet deadlines, just like you know how to service a customer quickly and efficiently
* Must be able to travel via automobile with a valid driver's licenseno, not just for personal vacations, but for business purposes
* Stand and walk, reach with hands, and arms, bend and stoop, kneel or crouch; this job has you on your feet up to 75% of the time.
* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. (Not as heavy as a lion!)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Component Sales General Manager role located in Golden, CO. The Component Sales General Manager will manage sales activities related to cooling tower parts and components, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing and following up on quotations, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing inventory, and collaborating with the support teams to deliver quality service. This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of the parts component sales segment of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and relationship management
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify client's needs and close deals
- In-depth knowledge of Spare Parts and inventory management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in the cooling tower or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
