Job Details Key Responsibilities Provide counsel on a broad range of Washington land use issues, including feasibility analysis, permitting, regulatory compliance, governmental relations, and related matters.

Represent clients before city, county, and state agencies, as well as in public hearings and administrative proceedings.

Advise developers, businesses, and municipalities on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate closely with the Land Use team and other practice areas to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive guidance, and exceptional service.

Qualifications J.D.

from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in).

Extensive experience in Washington land use law, including permitting, zoning, and regulatory matters.

Proven ability to navigate governmental processes and represent clients in public hearings and administrative forums.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Portable book of business is a plus but not required.
