Manhattan Active WMS Tech Analyst Direct Hire Remote
Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planner to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer demands. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, coordination with the customer for shipping finished goods and collaborating with various departments to optimize material availability and minimize production delays. JOB DESCRIPTION: CHIEF ESTIMATOR
SUMMARY: The Chief Estimator is a critical member of the Guido team, as we partner with our clients and design teams to develop project programs, conceptual estimates, budgets, schedules, and all follow-up activities. The Chief Estimator must have a proven desire to manage, direct, and work with others to achieve success and provide design assistance; investigate and offer design/construction options and solutions; prepare budgets and estimates; prepare documents for subcontractor/supplier bidding; manage the bid process; assist in developing project schedules and logistics plans; support the construction team; maintain historic pricing models; and provide post-construction client follow-up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (other duties may be required)
- Manage and mentor a team of estimators, reviewing, and approving all bids and proposals.
- Develop strategies for each assigned project and organize the team to execute successfully.
- Analyze project specifications, identify potential risks, and develop bid strategies to maximize profitability.

The Certified Surgical Technologist delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing various functions to support the efficient operation of the surgical suite. Under the supervision of the Circulating RN, the Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the surgical suite, positions and prepares the patient, and provides instruments, equipment, and supplies to the surgical team during the procedure. The Certified Surgical Technologist ensures a sterile field, proper instrument counts, and proper operation of instruments and equipment. The Certified Surgical Technologistparticipatesin patient-specific care as directed and follows service excellence standards to promoteoptimumpatient satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Organizes the operating suite with instruments, supplies, and equipment needed for the day. Reviews daily cases to ensure adequate stocking. Ensures proper functioning of equipment/instruments prior to procedures.
- Creates and maintains an orderly sterile instrument table. Utilizes physician preference cards for efficient setup.
- Prepares for emergency and add on cases rapidly and effectively.
- Transports patients to and from surgical suite as needed.
- Assists in the transfer, positioning, prepping, and draping of patients for surgical procedures in accordance with hospital standards.
