Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Energy Engineer II based between our Melville, New York and Lawrenceville, New Jersey offices with flexibility to work from home one day per week.
The Energy Engineer plays a key role in developing innovative energy conservation measures and demand‑side management strategies for buildings and facilities. Working closely with facility managers, this role conducts detailed energy assessments, performs on‑site investigations, and evaluates the performance of building systems.
The Energy Engineer prepares energy‑savings calculations, drafts clear and technically sound reports, and interprets engineering documents to support project planning and execution. They also monitor and support construction activities related to energy systems and equipment to ensure alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
In addition, the Energy Engineer provides technical expertise throughout project design and implementation to optimize system performance and achieve measurable energy and cost savings. The role also supports the Business Development team by evaluating potential opportunities and contributing technical insights during early‑stage project development
Responsibilities
- Performs technical energy audits and ECM payback calculations; drafts technical reports on findings.
- Provides engineering and technical support for project development and implementation and coordinates with facility personnel to optimize the operations and energy use of energy systems and equipment.
- Analyzes systems and equipment to determine optimum operating conditions and diagnose issues impacting energy consumption; develops and recommends strategies to maximize operating efficiency.

- Researches, tests, and summarizes benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy project concepts.
- Develops and delivers training on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) controls and energy management for appropriate stakeholders.
- Advises on equipment specifications, conducts bidding process with equipment suppliers for upgrades and energy retrofits, and supports annual energy budget preparation.
- Reviews, monitors, and manages construction activities related to energy systems and equipment.
- Provides energy database support, including tracking and reporting of ECM and providing facility operational and use characteristics.

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and principles and experience in one or more of the following engineering fields: mechanical, environmental, civil, and electrical.

Engineer III – Senior Level (5+ years)
- Extensive experience leading full‑cycle energy projects, from opportunity development through implementation and verification. The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day operational execution across manufacturing, packaging, project management, facilities, and warehouse functions within a cGMP, CDMO, or CMO environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead daily operations across manufacturing and packaging services, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, and throughput.

Associate Attorney – Special Education & Disability Rights

Freeman Law Offices is a boutique law firm dedicated to representing students with disabilities and their families in complex special education matters. Our practice focuses on high-level legal advocacy under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and related civil rights laws.
We represent families in administrative due process hearings, federal litigation, and strategic advocacy to ensure that students with disabilities receive appropriate educational services.
We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is passionate about civil rights and education equity and who wants meaningful courtroom and advocacy experience.
What You'll Do
The Associate Attorney will work closely with the firm's principal attorney on a wide range of matters, including:
- Representing families in special education due process hearings, federal court and class action litigation
- Conducting legal research and drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda
- Preparing cases for administrative hearings and federal court litigation
- Participating in IEP meetings and settlement negotiations
- Reviewing educational records, evaluations, and expert reports
- Developing legal strategies for complex IDEA and disability rights matters
- Working directly with families navigating the special education system
This role offers substantial responsibility and hands-on litigation experience.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a thoughtful and motivated attorney who:
- Is admitted (or eligible for admission) in New Jersey or Pennsylvania
- Has a minimum of 3 years of legal experience
- Has strong legal research and writing skills
- Is passionate about civil rights, disability rights, and/or education law
- Is comfortable managing complex factual records
- Works well both independently and collaboratively
Experience in education law, civil rights litigation, administrative law, or public interest law is a plus but not required.

Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Litigation Associate Attorney at Wong Fleming. This position will be responsible for commercial litigation matters. While the role is based in Princeton, NJ, some remote work is permitted. Candidate must be able to collaborate with clients other members of the firm, and have an appreciation for all aspects of the practice of law and the business interests of our clients.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey preferred, Pennsylvania a plus
- 1 to 2 years litigation experience is required, 3 to 4 years litigation experience is preferred
- Experience in commercial and insurance law is a plus
- Strong research abilities
- Exceptional organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization

Salary pay range
- $80,000 - $135,000 per year
