Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our orthopedic and regenerative team. This role is primarily clinic-based and includes personalized patient evaluation, in-office procedures, and regenerative therapies. There is also the opportunity to assist in the operating room, typically up to one day every two weeks or as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations and follow-up care for shoulder, knee, and related musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Assist in the operating room for sports and arthroscopic procedures (typically 2x/month or as backup).
  • Perform or support office-based procedures, including:

- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound- Ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections (e.g., corticosteroid, HA, PRP)- Adipose tissue harvest for orthobiologic use

  • Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to deliver customized, integrative treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and regenerative strategies.
  • Contribute to the growth of our future longevity medicine program, which will integrate evidence-based protocols to optimize musculoskeletal performance and overall vitality.

Qualifications

  • Physician Assistant (PA) in Oregon (or eligible to obtain).
