Registered Nurse (RN) Assessor – AERS Program

As an RN Assessor, you will serve as a clinical expert, advocate, and guide—helping clients navigate complex systems while ensuring they receive the services they need to thrive safely at home.

As an RN Assessor, you'll conduct in-home assessments throughout Prince George County, develop individualized care plans, coordinate services, and advocate for clients to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive safely at home.

What You Need

• Active Maryland RN license
• 2+ years of med-surg, geriatric, pediatric, or case management experience
• Community Health / Home Health experience is a HUGE plus!
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Baltimore City
• Full-time availability (M–F, 8am–5pm), extra Saturday assessments available as well!
• Last few hours of your day dedicated to finishing charting remotely if needed!
• Reliable laptop with hotspot capability (We can provide one if needed)

Schedule & Details

• 40 hours per week
• Pay: $102 per assessment
• Minimum 17-20 assessments weekly (Take home $1,734 - $2,040/wk!)
• Appointments scheduled for you
• Mileage reimbursed between appointments
• Equipment issued by Medix if needed

Summary/Objective

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Essential Functions

   Studies plans and specifications to develop procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.

   Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

   Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work.

   Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.

   Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.

   Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

   Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

   Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.

   Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.

   Walk project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.

   Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

   Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to quality of work or scheduling.

   Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

   Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst 30+ subcontractors and vendors.

Supervisory Responsibility

Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors daily.  This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed.  Superintendent shall supervise all Assistant-Superintendents.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.  Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.

Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer and employees of organization.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a Project Manager, you will interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender applications to develop effective business relationships.
• Work independently to interpret customer bid requirements and assemble detailed and complete labor, material, equipment, and expense summaries for review and closing.
• Manage administrative and direct labor work while managing projects.
• Conduct cost analysis at completion of the project.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Proficiency in managing commercial and industrial projects.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience managing a range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects preferred.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
