We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on large‑scale greenfield data center construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing quality, compliance, and installation standards for mission‑critical infrastructure while partnering closely with General Contractors onsite.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the owner’s on‑site representative during new data center construction
- Oversee construction and equipment installation to ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor schedules, inspect work in progress, and document deficiencies
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly QA/QC inspection reports
- Track corrective actions through resolution
- Build strong working relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Travel & Schedule
- 100% travel nationwide for the duration of each project
- Projects typically last 6–24 months
- Two weeks onsite at a time with company‑paid travel home every other weekend
- Typical workload: 40–60 hours/week
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- Candidates located within ~1 hour of a major or international airport are strongly preferred
Compensation (Based on Experience)
- QA/QC Manager I (1–4 yrs): $90K–$105K
- QA/QC Manager II (5–9 yrs): $105K–$120K
- QA/QC Manager III (10+ yrs): $120K–$135K max
All reasonable travel expenses reimbursed (lodging, rental car, meals)
Company credit card provided for permanent hires

Ideal Candidate Background
- Experience supporting data center, mission‑critical, or large‑scale industrial construction
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Comfortable working onsite and traveling long‑term
- Detail‑oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Able to communicate effectively with contractors and project leadership
