  • Communicate store repair needs to Store Manager
  • Immediately handle emergencies in Store Manager's absence, in accordance with Company guidelines

  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence
  • Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs

Education and/or Experience

The Store Lead in a cannabis dispensary is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail space. Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:
