This company is becoming a major player in Texas across BESS and Solar projects, winning multiple projects and creating the need for more experienced Project Managers to join their team.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project management within Construction & Renewable Energy projects
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field experience preferred
• Full suite of Project Management duties including - understanding blueprints & drawings, budget, scheduling, negotiation, cost control, contract & subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Viewpoint Vista experience preferred.
• Electrical knowledge and experience is essential

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Project Manager is the principal company representative responsible for the construction administration of the project.
• Responsible for the planning, organizing, and overseeing of job setup and project execution
• Manage the project closeout process to settle all financial obligations, demobilize all resources, and transition the project to the customer
• Foster team camaraderie by mentoring, managing, and motivating the project team
• Monitor and enforce the Safety Program
• Develop, maintain, and communicate policies, procedures, and processes that help prevent problems from occurring
