Position Summary
The Director of Development, Leadership Giving brings proven experience stewarding annual donors and securing major gifts of $25,000 and above, including multi‐year and six‐figure commitments. The Director manages all phases of the gift cycle—identifying prospects, developing cultivation strategies, engaging volunteers and board members, soliciting support, and maintaining strong donor stewardship.
The Director proactively strengthens existing donor relationships and builds new ones. This role leads development projects, collaborates with colleagues to achieve strategic goals, and tracks and reports progress to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Development (AVP) and working closely with the Vice President of Development, the Development Team, executive leadership, staff, and Board members, the Director applies creativity and initiative to advance donor engagement and support major event-related fundraising efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Director of Development, Leadership Giving include:
Fundraising Strategy
Work with the Associate Vice President of Development and the team to develop and implement strategies for leadership‐level donor acquisition and retention. Provide support in drafting and refining donor communications. Cultivate and sustain long‐term relationships with donors and prospects, including coordination with members of the Board of Directors. Employ structured "moves‐management" strategies to identify new prospects, advance them through the solicitation process, elevate giving levels, and ensure effective stewardship of event donors and sponsors.
Focus Areas
The Director has primary development responsibility for the Miami-Dade and Broward region, including the growth and management of the Miami Advisory Council, which is comprised of leading donors in the area. The Director also oversees the programming and engagement with the Foundation's Chairman's Advisory Council, consisting of leadership‐level donors.. This regional portfolio requires focused engagement with individual donors, grantmaking foundations, and corporate partners.
Build a Robust Donor Base
Develop and manage a personal portfolio of major donors and high‐capacity prospects ($10,000–$100,000 annually) to cultivate, solicit, and steward. Provide exemplary donor relationship management and ensure full adherence to all gift agreement requirements. Direct and coordinate special events and airboat tours that advance cultivation and stewardship objectives.
Communications & Follow-up
Provide timely, accurate responses to donors and deliver comprehensive updates on the Foundation's programs, initiatives, and activities. This function requires close coordination with the Science, Advocacy/Policy, and Education teams, as well as ongoing collaboration with the communications, finance, and technical/data teams to ensure all donor communications are consistent, precise, and reflective of organizational priorities.
CRM Use & Expertise
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and current donor and event records in the Foundation's CRM system (Salesforce). Utilize the CRM to support and inform donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship strategies.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; CFRE or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience with demonstrated success fundraising for a mid- to large‐sized nonprofit or equivalent related experience.
- Proven ability to solicit and steward gifts of $25,000 and above, including multi‐year and six‐figure commitments, with a thorough understanding of all stages of the gift cycle.
- Experience with fundraising strategies and techniques related to annual event giving and major gifts.
- Proficiency with fundraising databases and experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting progress to management.

Accountability

Evening and weekend work is expected, as needed. Limited remote work may be permitted at the Foundation's discretion.

Position Summary / Job Purpose:
The Maritime Safety Associate Investigator position is responsible for investigating major maritime accidents and near misses such as fires, collisions, groundings, and technical issues. This position ensures the safety of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. guests, employees, contractors, visitors, ships, capital equipment, real property, and reputation via shipboard safety incident response and oversight. This position is responsible to be up to date on the latest investigative processes and innovative tools. The investigative team produces lessons learned, safety bulletins and full investigative reports in line with the ISM Code and continuous improvement of maritime safety operations. The team also liaises with external authorities on investigations that warrant outside involvement and represents the company in legal matters and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work independently in planning and conducting corporate and shipboard investigations identifying clear root and contributory causes as required
• Respond to incidents and investigations, occasionally outside of normal business hours, on holidays and weekends when required • Proactively suggest ways to improve operational safety and efficiency
• Deploy and travel for incident response on short notice (US and International)
• Facilitate successful shipboard incident response through sound decision making, effective communication and strong leadership
• Employ appropriate interview techniques to gather evidence at all levels of shipboard employees
• Ensure the timely documentation and regulatory reporting of shipboard maritime accidents in support of company policy and the IMO, Flag and Class accident reporting requirements. Assist the vessel in documenting incidents and accidents
• Work closely with local, state, federal and international organizations on matters relating to maritime accidents
• Give testimony and act as expert witness before courts and administrative hearings on investigative results when needed
• Act as internal expert on accidents and present facts to upper management
• Actively develop procedures, handbooks, training manuals and related material covering a variety of investigative techniques and programs
• Design, develop and present training to groups of employees (shoreside and shipboard) in a public speaking forum
• Meet with external authorities to discuss circumstances and facts surrounding investigations
• Identify potential risk through incident response oversight and guide shipboard safety personnel in the development of prevention strategies
• Help develop statistics and strategies based on trends identified from past investigative efforts.
• Participate as directed on focus and work groups and support agenda items by providing historical insight from past investigations

The Customer Service Specialist works with and reports to the Claims and Customer Service Manager, Miami. The position is located at 75 Valencia Avenue Coral Gables, FL 33134. The person in this position is the first to interact with our customers by answering incoming calls from the customer service and claims call queues. The Customer Service Specialist takes on a wide variety of tasks, all of which involve supporting the company's operations and products. They will be interacting with customers and building and maintaining relationships while providing exceptional customer service. In this role you have the ability, and are strongly encouraged to, advance levels within the department. Each level achieved results in increased pay. Knowledge Checks and minimum qualifications are required for advancement.

- Answer incoming calls.
- Identify and document the needs of the customer utilizing all tools available.

- Be knowledgeable and have a clear understanding of the business processes within MWG including departments, insurance carriers, brokers/agents, and group contacts.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Utilize MWG Administrators Policy Administration Systems to verify eligibility and review members accounts based on the policy assigned.
- Recognize and resolved customer issues by following standard operating procedures and explaining the process to the customer.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary and complete the daily assigned voicemails.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Experience & Education Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the evolution of our Investment Platforms. This role works at the intersection of Wealth Management, Technology, and Operations, helping coordinate stakeholders, support platform enhancements, and ensure smooth user experience for both clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate understands investment products, enjoys problem-solving, learns fast, and is comfortable dealing with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholders in the planning, execution, and validation of platform initiatives across onboarding, trading, portfolio management, performance, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Investments, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to gather requirements and ensure proper alignment.
- Partner with Technology teams during development cycles: clarifying requirements, validating functionality, and supporting troubleshooting.
- Perform BUAT (Business User Acceptance Testing), create test cases, execute scenarios, log defects, and validate fixes before releases.
- Investigate and debug platform issues, including inconsistent data, account setup errors, operational or settlement issues, and trading/processing discrepancies.
- Translate complex issues into clear, actionable explanations for business stakeholders and for technical teams.
- Monitor platform performance, client behavior, and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and track requirements for platform enhancements and maintenance.
- Help maintain product documentation, workflows, and release notes.
- Assist in validating investment products, fee configurations, account attributes, and operational flows.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, FinTech, Banking or Brokerage platforms.

- Strong understanding of investment products (equities, ETFs, REITs, mutual funds, fixed income).
- Comfort working with technology teams, APIs, data structures, and software development concepts.
