Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements, while maintaining a strong business partnering relationship with Procurement and other areas within the company ports. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience designing, building, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursements andmakes recommendations on hiring, performance appraisals, and all related employment issues.
  • Supervise and mentor AP staff, providing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
