Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  • Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as necessary.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant in Oregon (active or eligible)
  • Experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty areas
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
  • Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems, and medical documentation practices.
  • Strong clinical skills in areas including but not limited to:
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, weight loss, or hormone therapy preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
