Position Overview
This position is ideal for a provider who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without excessive administrative burden. You?ll have an established patient base, efficient systems, and a supportive team.
Compensation is production-based, allowing you to directly benefit from your patient care efforts ? not a flat salary or volume quota.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with clinical research and advancements in medical practices relevant to patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant in Oregon (active or eligible)
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty areas
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems, and medical documentation practices.
- Strong clinical skills in areas including but not limited to:
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, weight loss, or hormone therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with and motivation for a production-based compensation model.
