The Safety Manager is responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance in an active manufacturing facility while coordinating safety oversight for construction activities occurring inside the plant. This role ensures safe operations for employees, contractors, and visitors by integrating plant EHS programs with construction safety requirements, including contractor management, permit-to-work controls, LOTO coordination, hot work, confined space, and strict separation of production and construction areas.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage contractor safety program execution: onboarding, prequalification coordination, orientation, JHA/JSA review, and ongoing compliance.
o Ensure construction activities comply with OSHA, site-specific rules, and project safety plans (fall protection, scaffolding, crane/lift plans, excavation, electrical, etc.).
o Coordinate high-risk work permits and controls: hot work permits, confined space permits, energized work restrictions, line breaks, elevated work, and lifting operations.
o Partner with Plant Operations, Maintenance, and Project/Construction Managers to plan work so production and construction coexist safely (area controls, barricading, signage, access routes, staging).
o Verify that isolations and plant tie-ins are planned and executed safely (LOTO coordination, outage planning, verification of zero energy state).
o Participate in preconstruction meetings, daily/weekly coordination meetings, and toolbox talks; stop work when imminent danger is present.
o Monitor housekeeping, material storage, egress routes, and fire protection impacts; ensure emergency equipment remains accessible.
o Carry out frequents dialogs with employees under the direct supervisory scope regarding performance, development, and other HR topics as required. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
o Lead day-to-day safety management for plant operations, including hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and corrective actions.
o Maintain and improve plant safety programs (e.g., LOTO, machine guarding, powered industrial trucks, ergonomics, hazardous energy control, chemical safety, PPE).
o Conduct routine safety inspections, behavior observations, and risk-based audits; track findings to closure.
o Prepare and submit performance reports. Supervise the work of a group of employees ensuring compliance with human resources policies and processes established in the organization, as well as Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity laws, ensuring an environment free from harassment.
o Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, environmental sciences and/or related field. (Required)

Overview
A premier Class A multifamily community in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, team leadership, and resident experience. This individual will serve as the primary leader on-site, ensuring the community operates efficiently while maintaining high standards for service, occupancy, and financial performance.
The Community Manager will work closely with regional leadership, on-site staff, and vendors to drive operational excellence, maintain strong resident relations, and ensure compliance with all property management regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential community, ensuring exceptional service and property standards

Their role is to mitigate risk, increase profitability, and ensure timely project completion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews Owner’s expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner, reviews design documents while tracking RFIs and submittals, maintains project schedule, manages subcontractors, identifies project staffing requirements, develops project procedures manual, follows municipality requirements, and ensure profitability.
- Maintains continuous knowledge of job cost and subcontracts, analyzes financial ability of subcontractors to perform, prepares revenue/schedule projections, manages cash flow, develops and maintains labor cost reports, set up project schedule of values, approves job expenditures, prepares and processes monthly owner’s requisitions, manages change order process.
- Studies the owner contract, reviews scopes of work, reviews budgets and scopes with preconstruction, develops/tracks procurement and submittal log, establishes schedule of project meetings.
- Complies with contract requirements, coordinates with corporate scheduling, prepares and distributes detailed project schedules, prepares resource loaded schedules, prepares and distributes monthly updates, develops look ahead schedules.

- Obtains certificate of occupancy and other government approvals, submits “As-Built” drawings, submits operations manuals, completes punch list, coordinates owner move-in and start–up, finalizes owner training programs, obtains and delivers warranties and transfer Attic Stock, demobilizes field operations, collects final payments and deposits, closes out subcontracts, submits project history reports, notifies corporate to closeout insurance and bond coverage, completes asset transfer, obtains client referral, conducts post project debriefing, archives project records, and administers warranty period services.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a major general contractor
- Strong computer skills are a necessity, including familiarity with construction project management applications, CMiC is preferred but not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with owners’ representatives, design team, building departments and other team members

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing electrical scopes from early design through turnover to operations. The position ensures electrical systems are fully defined, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project goals.
Working closely with Estimating, Design, Operations, and senior leadership, this role supports pursuits through scope development, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities
The licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the registered nurse (RN) or other assigned supervisor and accepts delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor in meeting the needs of the patient/family. The LPN collects data through observation and communicates information to assist the RN and/or provider in patient assessment and care planning. The LPN participates as a member of the health care team and accepts delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider in meeting needs of the patient/family. The LPN delivers care in accordance with the patient care plan, policies and procedures of the organization and principles of relationship-based care. The LPN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and instructing; and may participate on committees or projects, including quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program (e.g., some states allow RN students to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the RN program).
If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required.
One year LPN experience within the last five years preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in a team environment.
Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
Ability to work daytime hours, flexibility may be required to meet staffing needs.
Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting.
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing preferred.
License and Certifications:
Current LPN license by applicable state requirements.
Arizona and Florida: Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers. Midwest: Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
Positions that are not on campus may not require current Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as determined by the work area.
