Two locations within the County, Both location include: digital x-ray and MRI, orthopaedic rehabilitation and DME. The main location
includes a state of the art 9,000 square foot outpatient surgery center.
We are looking for candidates who is Board Certified / Fellowship trained.
Patient Population: Commercial 50%; Medicare 40%; WC 5%; Other 5%
Patient Volume: Approx 36 + patients per clinic day / three clinic days per week
Surgical cases at ASC one day per week + Hospital one day per week.
Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary plus Bonuses

Bonus Structure:
First Contract Year. Physician shall be entitled to twenty five percent (25%) of the
Net Collections in the First Contract Year that are over two times the First Contract Year Base Salary.
Second Contract Year. Physician shall be entitled to thirty three percent (33%) of
the Net Collections in the Second Contract Year that are over two times the Second Contract Year Base Salary.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Net Collections exceed two times the
Contract Year Base Salary plus One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($100,000) for each year of the contract (for example. over $500,000 for the First
Contract Year) (the Additional Bonus Base), Physician shall be entitled to fifty
percent (50%) of the Net Collections over the Additional Bonus Base

The organization is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner or Product Manager to lead enhancements, governance, and the long term roadmap for the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on closing the gap between business expectations and current system capabilities while also shaping the future direction of Salesforce, including exploration of Service Cloud, Agent Cloud, and emerging AI driven features. This position requires strong local partnership with Jacksonville based stakeholders and the ability to navigate a complex, multi system environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership and Roadmap
• Own and refine the Salesforce roadmap, including near term improvements to data quality, integration, and reporting, as well as longer term initiatives such as Agent Cloud and AI assisted capabilities.

• Ensure business expectations are aligned with realistic delivery timelines and technical feasibility.

User Experience and Adoption
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure enhancements meet the required standards.
• Define requirements for alerts, reminders, and user guidance, including notifications tied to financial mismatches or incomplete opportunity steps.
• Support communication, training, and adoption activities for new features and process changes.
Qualifications
• Five or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Salesforce focused Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service Cloud or concepts related to agent workflows and AI capabilities.

Epsilon Systems is seeking a full time Outside Machinist III for the Ship Repair Sector located in Mayport, FL. Repairs, modifies or overhauls various types of equipment or systems. Sets up and operates portable machining tools or equipment with constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Production Manager. Once assigned reports directly to the project Foreman in the performance of his/her responsibilities.
- Strictly adheres to corporate, federal, state and local safety regulations prior to setting up or operating any machinery.
- Insures that all Epsilon Systems Mission Readiness Group Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) are worn and that all damaged PPE is discarded.
- Strictly adheres to safety, quality standards.
- Maintains good housekeeping practices; turning off machines when not in use, disposing of waste properly, sweeping the area, etc.
- Insures all tools listed on the \"Required Tools List\" are available for use within two weeks of your employment.

A healthcare services organization is seeking an attorney-trained leader to manage provider and supplier enrollment appeals and rebuttals in a CMS-regulated Medicare environment. This is a law-degree-required management role responsible for overseeing appeal and rebuttal operations, guiding attorney-level written work, evaluating complex case records, and ensuring outcomes are timely, well-documented, and aligned with CMS guidance, contractual requirements, and internal procedures.
Candidates must have a J.D. and/or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school plus post-law-degree experience in administrative law or legal writing and research. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.

This individual will supervise approximately 4 to 6 direct reports, maintain performance metrics for timeliness and quality, and partner closely with leadership, compliance, and legal stakeholders to support accurate, evidence-based case outcomes.
This is not a general healthcare operation, grievance-only, provider enrollment-only, paralegal, claims, revenue cycle, or compliance-only management role. It is a law-degree-required legal operations role for candidates with attorney-level writing, research, and administrative review experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Operations, Leadership, and Compliance:
- Lead daily operations for provider and supplier enrollment appeals and rebuttals in a CMS-regulated environment
- Supervise and develop a small team responsible for appeal and rebuttal workflow, written case development, quality review, and administrative case processing
- Maintain team performance metrics tied to timeliness, quality, and compliance expectations

- Use workflow and performance data to identify recurring issues, improve quality, and strengthen operational consistency

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a subject matter resource and escalation point for internal leaders and partner teams
- Coordinate with internal and external legal stakeholders on documentation, case strategy, and administrative record development
- Support interactions with federal client stakeholders as needed regarding appealable and rebuttable determinations
- Collaborate across teams to improve upstream processes and reduce avoidable appeal volume
- Present trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. and/or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience in administrative law or post-J.D./post-LL.M. legal writing and research
- 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in legal writing, legal research, and/or administrative law
- Demonstrated ability to make objective decisions in a structured, high-compliance environment
- Experience analyzing workflows and performance data to improve operations and support regulatory compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across leadership, compliance, legal, and partner teams
- Ability to pass an additional Government ICT background investigation required for access to government systems
