We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and RFIs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct site visits and oversee daily operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• OSHA certification preferred
