Job purpose:
Lead new model projects to mass production in the plastics department while ensuring all project targets are achieved in each of the SEQCDM categories.
Key accountabilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Define SQDCM targets, manage investment/expense items, and lead cross-functional meetings with PEBU and internal teams.
Trial & Event Leadership: Coordinate line trials, tool delivery, material schedules, and part quality with forming teams.
Develop Injection Molding Process according to Honda standards.
Mass Production Readiness: Ensure training, documentation, quality databases, and GPCS systems are in place before launch.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present “WAR” documents and evaluation event updates to leadership.
Hands-On Support: Provide on-site support for data collection, equipment readiness, and issue resolution
Qualifications, skills and experience
Minimum educational qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study or, equivalent relevant work experience in the industry.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 2 or more years of demonstrable experience in manufacturing, plastics, and/or new model engineering.
- Here the the team needs someone who has launched new projects and developed injection molding processes. Must have hands-on experience with injection molding and other plastics manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Core required technical Skills: Injection Molding experience and troubleshooting
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results. Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, and Microsoft Office.
Workstyle:
- This is a 100% onsite job. Overtime as required.
- Office environment – 50% and Manufacturing environment – 45%
- Primary working hours 6:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional off-shift and weekends required.
- Role involves providing trial support on weekends. May have to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift on a need basis, less than 5% of the time.
- Role can be hands-on with 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day.
- Should be able to lift 30 lb and move at least 50 feet without assistance, if required.

Job PurposeThis position exists to support Honda’s manufacturing supply chain by providing flexible parts sourcing options to Honda factories and the local supply base. Using a global network of HT offices, external strategic partnerships, and our internal expertise, we purchase and deliver components with a focus on strengthening Honda’s global procurement capabilities. Additionally, explore potential sales growth opportunities with ‘outside group sales’ activity, selling our experience and expertise to support non-Honda customers with needed business activity.
This role within the Business Development team exists to generate sales opportunities and quotations with new and existing business partners. Role will include making appointments & calling on current and potential customers with intent of obtaining Requests for Quotation, Interfacing effectively to convey project/RFQ requirements with HTA Internal Staff and Business partners for cost & quotation development, project planning and set-up, and presenting internally, as well as to business partners.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate customer visits with internal team members to develop effective relationships, determining needs, identifying new sales opportunities and additional ways to enhance customer satisfaction; develop thorough knowledge of customers & suppliers and their business plans; develop innovative, compliant supply chain solutions to attract and satisfy customer needs.
- Develop strategic quotations for customer Request for Quote which reflect understanding of customer’s business requirements, supply chain capabilities, and project parameters; consider and analyse all costs to ensure accuracy, sound logic and profitability; review cost logic with internal team members and management for validation and agreement; present final quotation to customer clearly and effectively to gain new business.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers, customers, and supply chain partners; ensure requests are made following project requirements and review for accuracy and competitiveness; ensure business terms are agreed on and in place prior to new project start-up, including order/shipping flow, quality flow, build-out flow, price change management, and design change management.
- Project Management of new project planning and on-boarding; coordinate with team members steps for new project preparation and launch ensuring all key criteria are met prior to start of project. Hold meetings with team members to review supply chain plan viability and confirm costs align with project through the maturation process. Coordinate new model hand-off and mass production hand-off within target timelines and deliver project details on schedule.
- Especially with Japanese customers and suppliers using Japanese, pro-active proposal visits and collecting the new develop information and support any trouble shooting between customers, suppliers and internal concerned teams. With those information distributing to related global connection in our company and make a strategy with core channel.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other applicable field or adequate experience in related field

Job Purpose:
The Specialist coordinates activities across multiple divisions and stakeholders to drive specification standardization across indirect categories to support Honda Motor’s business transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Job PurposeThe Electrical Controls Design role provides high quality, reasonably priced, on-time hardware, software, and safety design solutions to ensure stable new model and new technology introduction in all HDMA North American manufacturing facilities.

Job PurposeThe North American Indirect Procurement (NAIP) Procurement Governance Sr. Specialist will drive adherence to policies and processes by applying subject matter expertise in governance, compliance and audit practices, and monitoring adherence to Indirect Procurement and relevant company policies and developing tools that proactively enhance compliance. Specific activities of the function include:
- Managing Honda’s North American Indirect Procurement Governance Policy (IPGP), to include the following tasks: Updating policy when required to align with company changes, coordinating and communicating policy changes, and maintaining document integrity in IntellaQuest to support audit readiness.
- Oversee the IPGP training course in HLC, ensuring content remains up-to-date and supports effective learning outcomes.
- Execute NAIP’s governance and compliance strategies by monitoring NAIP sourcing projects and purchase transactions for compliance violations, and leading the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
- Leverage available technology platforms to develop and implement reporting metrics and dashboards to monitor purchasing governance and compliance behaviours, assess results, and advising NAIP leadership on trends, effectiveness of countermeasures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the NAIP primary point of contact or representative for external requests (e.g., audits, risk questionnaires, dangerous goods, safety, etc.), coordinate timely and effective responses, and align the appropriate resources to support.
- Manage internal audit initiatives and collaborate with NAIP functional leads to share best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Govern the NAIP division’s end-to-end processes, playbooks, flow charts, and aligning R&Rs across NAIP departments and teams, to include internal governance and compliance policies, SLA expectations, and KPI adherence.
- Maintain effective ERP system Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) controls by reviewing user access requests.
- Track, document, and assess monthly non-conformance issues and provide appropriate remedial training and/or corrective actions to impacted users.
- Develop, execute, and analyze monthly Business Intelligence (BI) reports to visualize and assess adherence to company procurement policies. Leverage technology and analytical tools to identify non-compliance issues and trends and enhance reporting outcomes.
- Monitor various aspects of data governance, including adherence to policies and standards, risk management, and performance tracking through KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage the internal and external audit requests received relative to the NAIP procurement policies and procedures.

Job PurposePURPOSE: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance team and their activities related to facilities operation within the Honda campus and facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to organize and execute maintenance schedules, lead coordination among all internal teams, external vendors, spare parts and inventory management, and oversee implementation of the site preventive maintenance strategies. Effective leadership of the maintenance activities, this role drives the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of the facilities operations, ultimately supporting the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Coordination and Communication: Work with other in-house departments (outside of facilities) on planned and unplanned activity requiring maintenance support related to facilities operations. Assure the building’s facilities’ equipment meets capacity and reliability requirements of all direct and indirect customers across and related to the site.
- Purchasing: Create requisitions to issue purchase orders for maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Apply maintenance expertise in HDMA business planning operations. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice to impact decisions at Site / Unit / Dept level. Support FAC Operations with mechanical and electrical equipment. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Honda’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maximo. Apply analytical and trouble shooting skills to maximize mean time between failures (MTBF) and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Technical Management: Support and coordinate operation of Facilities systems including, but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, air house units, electrical distribution equipment, cafeteria equipment, meters, lighting, and controls. Manage and maintain documentation for the facilities equipment. Communicate critical updates to site system operators. Identify deficiencies to develop scope of design and construction for renovation or upgrade of existing industrial systems. Responsible for critical thinking, troubleshooting, data collection, experimental procedures, and data analysis techniques to solve problems and recommend facilities improvements.
- Project Management: Implement new strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL). Manage testing, planning, and maintenance of facilities equipment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Lead and / or support in the bidding, evaluation, and selection process of contractors for the maintenance of facilities equipment. Determine and prioritize project tasks and develop schedule and timelines to achieve maintenance goals on time and within budget. Generate maintenance progress tracking and control documents.

About this Position:
We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Logistics Category Manager to lead sourcing strategy / category management for logistics services within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
The Indirect Procurement Category Manager is accountable for managing the total N.A. Company spend for a defined category (capex, goods, services, it, logistics, etc) in excess of $250m annually.
The category manager is accountable and responsible for managing procurement and contracts to drive value to both Honda and business users. This position is also responsible for identifying opportunities and effectively implement sourcing solutions. - Responsible for supplier performance that meets contractual requirements and end user expectations. Elevate and problem solve using an established supplier working and executive network
- Lead development of network consisting of internal Honda relationships and external supplier relationships to achieve category strategies
- Accountable for category team’s performance management; resource and succession planning - building associate talent through regular mentoring, performance feedback and development planning

Job Purpose:
Collaborate with design from feasibility through design phase to achieve a product that can be manufactured within the factory’s capabilities while working with MMC’s to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct feasibilities studies and detailed confirmations of new technologies, design concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Identify past model problem history, opportunities for cost savings and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with product designers to develop most efficient manufacturing process.

Job PurposeLead New Model Quality introduction through strategic planning, management, and communication to meet New Model quality targets from concept to mass production. Achieve project EA00’s with high focus on Quality items, including Business Plan target for each factory with Manufacturing Managment Centre's (MMC) to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development.
