Job PurposeThe North American Indirect Procurement (NAIP) Procurement Governance Sr. Specialist will drive adherence to policies and processes by applying subject matter expertise in governance, compliance and audit practices, and monitoring adherence to Indirect Procurement and relevant company policies and developing tools that proactively enhance compliance. Specific activities of the function include:
- Managing Honda’s North American Indirect Procurement Governance Policy (IPGP), to include the following tasks: Updating policy when required to align with company changes, coordinating and communicating policy changes, and maintaining document integrity in IntellaQuest to support audit readiness.
- Oversee the IPGP training course in HLC, ensuring content remains up-to-date and supports effective learning outcomes.
- Execute NAIP’s governance and compliance strategies by monitoring NAIP sourcing projects and purchase transactions for compliance violations, and leading the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
- Leverage available technology platforms to develop and implement reporting metrics and dashboards to monitor purchasing governance and compliance behaviours, assess results, and advising NAIP leadership on trends, effectiveness of countermeasures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the NAIP primary point of contact or representative for external requests (e.g., audits, risk questionnaires, dangerous goods, safety, etc.), coordinate timely and effective responses, and align the appropriate resources to support.

About this Position:
Equipment Service Technicians keeps equipment in good operating condition through effective preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. Effectively communicate technical issues with the equipment service and production teams and maintains equipment data and documentation daily.
Responsibilities include:

Job PurposePURPOSE: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance team and their activities related to facilities operation within the Honda campus and facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to organize and execute maintenance schedules, lead coordination among all internal teams, external vendors, spare parts and inventory management, and oversee implementation of the site preventive maintenance strategies. Effective leadership of the maintenance activities, this role drives the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of the facilities operations, ultimately supporting the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Coordination and Communication: Work with other in-house departments (outside of facilities) on planned and unplanned activity requiring maintenance support related to facilities operations. Assure the building’s facilities’ equipment meets capacity and reliability requirements of all direct and indirect customers across and related to the site.
- Purchasing: Create requisitions to issue purchase orders for maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Apply maintenance expertise in HDMA business planning operations. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice to impact decisions at Site / Unit / Dept level. Support FAC Operations with mechanical and electrical equipment. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Honda’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maximo. Apply analytical and trouble shooting skills to maximize mean time between failures (MTBF) and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Technical Management: Support and coordinate operation of Facilities systems including, but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, air house units, electrical distribution equipment, cafeteria equipment, meters, lighting, and controls. Manage and maintain documentation for the facilities equipment. Communicate critical updates to site system operators. Identify deficiencies to develop scope of design and construction for renovation or upgrade of existing industrial systems. Responsible for critical thinking, troubleshooting, data collection, experimental procedures, and data analysis techniques to solve problems and recommend facilities improvements.
- Project Management: Implement new strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL). Manage testing, planning, and maintenance of facilities equipment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Lead and / or support in the bidding, evaluation, and selection process of contractors for the maintenance of facilities equipment. Determine and prioritize project tasks and develop schedule and timelines to achieve maintenance goals on time and within budget. Generate maintenance progress tracking and control documents.
- Training: Train FAC Associates and maintenance personnel on equipment operations related to mechanical and electrical systems. Provide support on an as-need basis. Ensure reference documentation is available and easily accessed.
- High School Diploma
- Ten (10) years minimum relevant working experience in Facilities Maintenance Field

About this Position:
The Asset Management Sr. Specialist is responsible for the lifecycle of regional packaging assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading collaborative cross-functional teams and external entities across the US to manage packaging inventory, track asset performance, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and ensure uninterrupted flow of assets supporting auto production.
This role also focuses on medium-to-complex tasks and is crucial in ensuring asset viability. Other key areas include monthly budget reporting, KPI Achievements, PDCA / GAP Analysis, quarterly Supplier Repair bill backs and asset retirement compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage accuracy of systems required for regional packaging asset inventory management including analysis of asset velocity, usage, condition and location.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of packaging assets, reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
- Lead Build-Out / New Model Packaging Transitions to ensure pack readiness guaranteeing a seamless model changeover and zero supply chain and production impact.
