What You’ll Be Involved In:

• Develop and refine production methods to improve output, consistency, and workplace safety
• Evaluate fabrication, assembly, and machining operations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Enhance workflows, equipment placement, and labor utilization to drive efficiency
• Identify tooling, equipment, and material needs to support production goals
• Analyze cycle times and production costs to guide decision-making
• Support implementation of new technologies and equipment upgrades within the facility
• Maintain technical drawings and ensure documentation is accurate and standardized
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions
• Contribute to packaging improvements and overall product readiness
• Help establish and sustain effective quality practices

What You Bring:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable balancing technical work with time spent on the production floor
• Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Exposure to prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement efforts is a plus
