What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Develop and refine production methods to improve output, consistency, and workplace safety
- Evaluate fabrication, assembly, and machining operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Enhance workflows, equipment placement, and labor utilization to drive efficiency
- Identify tooling, equipment, and material needs to support production goals
- Analyze cycle times and production costs to guide decision-making
- Support implementation of new technologies and equipment upgrades within the facility
- Maintain technical drawings and ensure documentation is accurate and standardized
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions
- Contribute to packaging improvements and overall product readiness
- Help establish and sustain effective quality practices
What You Bring:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field, or equivalent work experience
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable balancing technical work with time spent on the production floor
- Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Exposure to prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement efforts is a plus
