Responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to complete technical service requests within an agreed upon timeline. This includes material testing, extrusion and problem solving.

Requirements

• Able to operate and interpret data with majority of the material characterizations tools such as DSC, rheometer, TGA, DMA, Tensile tester, hardness tester, GC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, optical , SEM, etc.
• No restriction in weight lifting of 50lb or so if needed when working in the extrusion lab for making pellets film and tubing.
• Execute protocols and write reports following procedures.
• BS 2-3+ years, MS or PhD 0+years in material science or engineering , chemical engineering, or equivalent. Experienced in Working in medical industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead replenishment‑driven inventory management, ensuring inventory aligns with customer forecasts and demand signals.
• Partner directly with customers to understand forecasts, consumption patterns, and service expectations—shifting the organization from reactive to proactive inventory management.
• Address ongoing challenges such as long lead times, inventory shortages, and service disruptions, driving continuous improvement and better customer outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain professionals.
• Develop and manage inventory strategies that ensure the right product is available at the right time, balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze inventory data, build reporting tools, support forecasting conversations, and drive decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to align inventory policies, processes, and execution.
• Support and participate in customer meetings, both virtual and onsite, as needed.
• Travel domestically approximately 10% to customer locations or internal meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in replenishment inventory management within a supply chain, distribution, or customer‑focused environment.
• Strong background working directly with customers to manage inventory against forecasts and demand.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, particularly in environments undergoing change or transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and inventory modeling).
• A self‑starter and go‑getter mindset—someone who wants to be best‑in‑class while remaining flexible as priorities evolve.
• Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑changing organization where processes are being built, refined, and improved.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
