· Maintains cleanliness and organization of common areas, maintenance rooms, and storage spaces.
· Assist with basic repairs including lighting, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance.
· Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating schedules and ensuring documentation is completed.
· Monitor and restock facility supplies (janitorial, safety, office, etc.).
· Perform routine walkthroughs of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or housekeeping issues.
· Assist with basic repairs including lighting, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance.
· Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating schedules and ensuring documentation is completed.
Must haves: Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Lifting/moving up to 30 pounds.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
