This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and maintain all on-site data provided by technicians with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Scan, email, and distribute invoices, recall notices, and certificates to customers in a timely manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, provide customer assistance, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Log and track invoices in spreadsheets to monitor Blanket Purchase Orders and ensure accurate record keeping.
Enter and update price changes in two different computer systems/programs.
Provide strong customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain organized electronic records and documentation for easy retrieval and reporting.
Qualifications: 2+ years of related data entry or administrative experience.
