Experience: 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor IC engineering and quality roles, with significant customer-facing responsibility.

Background in at least two of the following: customer quality engineering, quality systems, automotive quality, reliability engineering, failure analysis, product engineering, or production quality control in the semiconductor industry.

Technical skills: Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, assembly/packaging, and final test, including how ATE test results relate to device behavior and field performance.

Working knowledge of IC silicon and package failure mechanisms, reliability testing methods, and FA lab tools and reporting practices.

- Proficiency with structured problem-solving and quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, statistics) and ability to interpret data for decision making.

Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to handle sensitive customer situations and deliver difficult messages while maintaining trust.

- Proven cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
