Position Overview
An exciting Medical Director opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to lead a well-established pediatric program in Southeast Idaho. This role blends clinical care and leadership, offering the chance to shape program growth, mentor providers, and collaborate across a regional pediatric network.

Schedule & Coverage

• 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule
• In-hospital rounding with call from home
• Consistent and predictable block scheduling

Clinical & Leadership Highlights

• Provide care for medical pediatric inpatients
• Consult on pediatric cases in the emergency department and surgical services
• Lead and support a dedicated pediatric hospitalist team
• Collaboration with a sister pediatric program located 30 minutes away

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Board Certified in Pediatric Hospital Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• Idaho license or IMLC eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
