Summary:
The Engineer will provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges. Engineer will also use procedures and instructions to initiate the analysis process when product failure occurs. Investigations and researched for root causes with analysis documented, recorded, and communicated internally and provide solution. Engineer may contact Client Company for any quality escalations. Responsible for first level failure analysis on Customer Products.

Responsibilities Include but not limited:
- Have appropriate knowledge with the various systems including but not limited to Windows, Android, CMD and Linux tools, and procedures used in Production for Repair and failure analysis.
- Help Team to setup repair line including Tools and ESD grounding.
- Skilled in communication, problem solving, and applying experience and expertise.
- Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
- Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
- Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
- Work inside customer lab.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering or 3+ years of equivalent experience as FA engineer for computing devices.
- Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices
Essential Skills but not Limited:
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
- Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files such as ini.
- Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
- Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions
Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Requires the physical ability to lift 25 pounds.

About the Role
Ragle Inc. is expanding its Data & Analytics team and is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with 2β3 years of industry experience to help centralize and modernize operational, accounting, and project data.
In this role, you will design and operate production-grade data pipelines that connect our in-house platform, accounting systems, telematics, scheduling, estimating tools, Smartsheet, and third-party APIs. These pipelines will power analytics used daily by Operations, Accounting, Estimating, and Executive Leadership.
What Youβll Do
- Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Ingest data from Azure SQL databases, third-party APIs, and structured file sources (CSV/Excel)
- Help establish and maintain a centralized analytics data model (fact and dimension tables)
- Partner with analysts to support Power BI semantic models and improve dataset performance
- Implement data quality checks, logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workflows into robust data products
- Contribute to version control, deployment, and data engineering standards (Git, environments)
- Support migrations away from manual Excel workflows toward automated, governed datasets
Key Responsibilities
- Build ETL/ELT processes integrating operational, accounting/payroll, and fleet telematics data
- Optimize SQL queries, views, and table structures for analytics performance and incremental loads
- Maintain documentation for pipelines, datasets, schemas, and data contracts
- Assist with access control, governance, and data security best practices
- Troubleshoot refresh failures and performance bottlenecks across the data stack
Required Qualifications
- 2β3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
- Hands-on Python experience for data processing (pandas, standard libraries)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL, Postgres, or similar)
- Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, keys, SCD basics)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure experience (Azure SQL, Data Factory, or Fabric Data Pipelines)
- REST API ingestion experience
- ERP or operational systems integration exposure
- Git-based workflows and basic CI/CD
- Construction or asset-heavy industry experience
- Desire to grow into Senior Data Engineer or Analytics Lead roles
