Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Field Technician to provide onsite desktop and technical support across multiple locations in the North Dallas area, including Plano, The Colony, Frisco, Dallas, and Allen. This role is responsible for delivering first-level technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring high-quality service to internal customers.
Frequent local travel between supported sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level desktop support, including incident, problem, and service request resolution.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
- Represent customer interests by delivering timely support and escalating complex issues to Desktop Support L2 Technicians when necessary.

Summary:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the daily receipt, shipment, tracking, storage, and return of equipment managed by the IT Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Receive all shipments ordered by the IT Procurement Group
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Route items to departments.
- Determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Ship equipment orders from the corporate office to divisions located across the country
- Prioritize workload in ticketing system to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA's) and customer needs are met

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Key Responsibilities
- Review inpatient medical records and assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes with appropriate DRG assignment (MS-DRG/APR-DRG as applicable).
- Ensure compliance with AHIMA, AHA Coding Clinic, CMS, and facility guidelines.
- Query providers per policy to clarify documentation and support compliant code/DRG selection.
- Meet or exceed productivity and 95–98%+ quality standards.
- Collaborate with HIM/CDI teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize documentation integrity.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard PHI in a remote work setting.
Required Qualifications
- AHIMA credential: CCS, RHIT, or RHIA (active and in good standing).
- 3+ years recent inpatient facility coding experience.
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG methodologies, POA indicators, and encoder/reference tools (e.g., 3M, TruCode).
