Physical Therapist | Outpatient Ortho & Occupational Health
Location: Mayville, WI Pay: $2,505 β $3,135 per week (Based on experience) Contract: 13-Week Contract (Start ASAP)

The Role:
This is a 13-week contract focusing primarily on an adult outpatient population (18+). The caseload is a mix of general orthopedics and occupational health (work-related injuries, return-to-work evals, and lift tests).
- Volume: Low-stress caseload of 8β10 patients per day.
- Documentation: Utilizing EPIC EMR.
- Focus: 100% 1:1 patient-to-therapist care.
Requirements:
- Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred (Bachelor's minimum).
- Licensure: Current Wisconsin State PT License.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience; 3+ years in an orthopedic setting is preferred. Occupational health experience is a major plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Gross: $2,505 β $3,135 (Highly competitive for the region).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Medcor is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our employer-based clinic in Horicon, WI. The work environment is in a manufacturing facility focusing on occupational health and acute/episodic care. This role is a PRN position (as needed). The clinic operates, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

The NP for Medcor will provide excellent primary clinical care in an occupational and urgent care health clinic. The position's responsibilities also include collaborative work with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor, other Medcor advocates, and key contacts within the client's corporate structure. The day-to-day role of the NP includes close cooperation with the on-site medical staff operating in the clinic and a focus on team care across the Medcor operation for this client. The clinic provides a broad scope of services including the diagnosis and treatment of workers compensation injuries and illnesses, urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventative services. This position will work closely with a Medcor employed oversight physician assigned to the site, as well as Medcor Clinical Affairs and Operations.
A typical day in the life of a Medcor Provider:
- Provide superior clinical care and customer service to Medcor?s client and employees
- Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence Based Medicine standards
- Pre-placement exams
- Medical surveillance
- DOT examinations
- Return to work evaluations for non-work and work related injuries
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices
- Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinical issues
- Support client?s wellness and preventative programs
- Document and manage information using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
- Patient education regarding medical conditions and treatment options
- Patient coaching regarding healthy behaviors
You Must
- Have a valid unrestricted licensure
- Have current DEA & BLS certifications
- DOT certification
- Have strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
- Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills ? with patients, clients and colleagues
- Be willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
- Be comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
- Have occupational health experience
